Our school is special and unique due to its individual approach to each child. Small classes will help the new kids to master the base skills faster. Rhythmic gymnastics, with the help of qualified coaches, teaches diligence, purposefulness, ability to overcome “not wanting” and “not being able”. During training your child will receive the necessary knowledge to execute complex elements of rhythmic gymnastics, will gain a skill of ability to handle gymnastic objects (rope, ball, hoop, club, ribbon), will learn to measure ability and intention and such personality will develop in sports and in later life. RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

Our recreational course is a wonderful and entertaining to introduce children to rhythmic gymnastics. In this introductory course, under close supervision of highly qualified, world class coaches the girls will acquire all basic rhythmic gymnastics skills, as well as highly esthetical qualities and strong will power. They key course benefits are:

•           Stretching exercises
•           Conditioning for legs, back and arms
•           Learning basic choreography and dance
•           Gymnastics routines with rope, ball, hoop and ribbon.
•           Special exercises for overweight children
•           Posture correction exercises
•           Special exercises for correction of flat feet
•           General physical education



COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
This course is for those who wish to pursue a professional career as competitive gymnast and have the will and desire to become a part of the Dynamics Rhythmic Gymnastics team.

The competitive program prepares gymnasts for local, state, regional, national and international events. The competitive program begins with Level 3, which is the beginner competitive level and continues to Level 10, which is the level for gymnasts who qualify for USA National Championships and the Olympics.

Capitalizing on their basic training, girls will learn rhythmic gymnastics in depth while perfecting their flexibility through performance of necessary stretching exercises, as well as conditioning for legs, back, and arms. Rhythmic gymnastics routines being performed to appropriate music while implementing chorographical elements will develop a keen sense of rhythm. Competitive gymnasts practice 3 hours a day, 3 times a week and they participate in three to ten competitions per year. They key course benefits are:

KISELEVA

"I give my heart to the children…" This popular expression of V. A. Sukhomlinsky speaks for the creative work of this
USSR Master of Sports, honored trainer of Ukraine, judge of international category, great teacher, a beautiful and charming woman with unbelievable talent – Natalia Kiseleva.

Her extraordinary aura attracts gymnasts with its softness, tact and at the same time firmness in achieving set goals. Her irrevocable quality is her high professionalism and ability to transfer her coveted experience to her students and young coaches. Grace and elegance, strength and harmony, precision and perseverance in combination with inspiration are the main elements in her work. The most important in this woman is her strong will, her character that she also fosters in her students.

Natalia Kiseleva was born in Ukraine, in the city of Kiev. She graduated from University of Physical Education and Sports. For a long time she was the head coach in athletic school "Voshod" and worked with a legend of Ukrainian training school of rhythmic gymnastics, the honored trainer of USSR – Albina Derugina. Natalia produced over 50 Masters of sports, many of whom entered the national team of Ukraine. Among her students is also Master of International Class – Natalia Zaitseva. Many of her students also became talented coaches who now pass her experience along to children all over the world.

Natalia Kiseleva limitlessly gives her love to the children and it is not surprising because her heart belongs to them.


IRINA
KISELEVA

Irina is Natalia's daughter and a worthy heir of her ideas, her helper, gifted coach, brilliant choreographer of
exercise routines, USSR Master of Sports and a member of Ukrainian National team of 1992. She had graduated the school of Olympic Reserve and University of Education and Sports in Kiev, Ukraine.

While still in school, Irina felt that her calling was rhythmic gymnastics and when she assisted her mother during training, she understood that the work of a coach is that, to which she can dedicate her life. So she did!
